Habitat for Humanity in Cabarrus County has one main opportunity for individual youth volunteers: their ReStore. Their mission: "Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope." This one is a long-term gig that takes a bit of prep, so you'll find everything you need below.
Habitat Cabarrus is very flexible when it comes to shifts students can work. They allow volunteers to work alongside them during the ReStore business hours Tuesdays through Saturdays.
Training is on-site, however, you can find a required safety video here.
Habitat Cabarrus is actively seeking individuals to volunteer continuously, but they also accept volunteers that can only help sporadically on their schedule.

Habitat Cabarrus will teach you all that you need to know.
