West Cabarrus YMCA has two main opportunities for teen volunteers: after-school care, and Share The Harvest Farm. One is more childcare based, and one is more hands-on physical labor. Reach out and see which one is best for you!

Share the Harvest has regular harvest/planting/weeding dates for their community gardens, so keep an eye on their Signup Genius for dates and scheduling.
The YMCA hires after-school childcare helpers, which is a paid position. However, there's not an online application, so you'll want to call or go in-person.
